Welcome ACYHA Hockey Players!

2018-2019 ACYHA REGISTRATION INFORMATION 


1.  Early Bird Registration July 15-August 15
Registration increase $50 beginning August 16 (travel players only)
2.  Only $100 due at Registration (travel players only)

Each player must complete this ONLINE registration and submit the required documents and deposits to complete registration:

Copy of Birth Certificate (New Players Only)
$500/100 Volunteer Deposit (payable to ACYHA) 
$75/100 Fundraiser Deposit/Buyout (payable to ACYHA)

 

Please bring all required documents and deposits to
our Registration Drop Off Times:

PUB 42 Drop Off: Tuesday, Aug 14th 6p-8p
Movie in the Park: Friday, Aug 24th 6p-10p
Sunshine Factory: Tuesday, Aug 28th 6p-8p
Season Kick-Off @ New Hope Ice Arena: Sunday, Oct 7th  6:30p-8:30p

 

All paperwork must be received by First Night of Camp (by level)

All checks will be shredded following completion of the fundraiser and volunteer hours.

2018-2019 ACYHA Registration Fees

Travel Hockey Registration

Squirt/10U: $1200 or 5 payments. Payments of $100 due at registration and $275 due September 1, October 15, November 15, 2018 and January 15, 2019.
 

Peewee/12U: $1300 or 5 payments. Payments of $100 due at registration and $300 due September 1, October 15, November 15, 2018, and January 15, 2019.
 

Bantam: $1400 or 5 payments. Payments of $100 due at registration and $325 due September 1, October 15, November 15, 2018 and January 15, 2019.
 

Jr. Gold: $1050 or 3 Payments. Payments of $150 due at registration and $450 due December 1, 2018 and January 15, 2019.
 

*The above fees DO NOT INCLUDE team fees. Team fees are player contributions due to your team checkbook and are used for additional ice, referees, games, tournaments, coaches apparel, parties, and other misc. team related activities. These fees range from $150 to $300 depending on team.
 

Mite Hockey  (Born AFTER July 1, 2010)

  • Traveling Mites (Mite 3 and U8 Travel): $450 or 2 payments. Payments of $250 due at Registration and $200 due on November 15, 2018.
  • House Mites (Mite 1, Mite 2 and U8 House): $250 due at registration
  • New Mite (New to Mite Program): $50 due at registration

All Registered House Mite and New Mite Players will be notified by the Mite Coordinators at the beginning of the season what level practice to attend (E.G. Mini, Mite 1, Mite 2)

Additional Fees:
USA Hockey Fee: $50 ($40 USA Hockey/$10 MN Hockey)

 

USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey (cost is $50) and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2018-2019 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). EACH player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
